Condition of the items:
As a buyer of vintage jewelry, please be aware that the items are usually pre-owned and may show signs of age and wear. I try to identify any defects and comment on their quality and condition. However, my interpretation of quality may differ from a buyer's. Please read the description carefully and inspect the photos to avoid making disappointing or unnecessary purchases.

Please note that due to differences in lighting, camera angles, and monitor/phone screens, the item's color may appear slightly different from how it appears in the pictures on your screen.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out every Monday and Thursday, non-holidays, and usually take 3-5 business days to process.

Status "Delivered" but the package is missing:
I cannot be held responsible for missing packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier. However, please contact me as soon as possible if you discover that your package is missing and I will assist you in filing a claim with the postal carrier. To do so, you will need to report the theft to your local police department and provide me with a copy of the completed "Mail Theft-Mail Not Received" form, the receipt showing submission to the USPS, and the police report.

I only use customer information to fulfill orders. I do not sell, keep, or share customer information.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $200:
Orders over $200 will require a signature upon receipt. Please indicate in the order comments if you are willing to digitally release your signature or sign upon delivery. Failure to provide a signature will result in the cancellation of your order.
